Cinnamon Rolls: 2 c. flour 1 T. baking powder 1 t. salt 1 T. sugar 1/4 c. butter In a large bowl, combine flower, baking powder, salt, sugar, and butter. Cut butter into dry ingredients using pastry blender or knife. Mixture should be crumbly. Using a large spoon, stir in 3/4 c. milk. Form the dough into a ball. Knead slightly. Roll dough out into a large rectangle. 2 T. butter 2 T. sugar 1 T. cinnamon 1 T. brown sugar Combine above ingredients in a bowl, and spread evenly on top of dough.
